Craftsmanship, Integrity & Care
We are a team of skilled builders, finish carpenters, and construction artisans dedicated to bringing peace of mind to home renovations across New Castle County.
Built on a Foundation of Trust & Hard Work
Founded with a simple mission — to deliver honest, master-level craftsmanship without contractor headaches. Too often, homeowners face missed deadlines, ghosting contractors, and budget ballooning.
At MALANCOS, our motto is Fix • Remodel • Repair. Whether we are rebuilding an entire estate from the studs up or resolving a stubborn structural repair, we treat your home like our own sanctuary.
How We Deliver Every Job
Transparent Fixed Pricing
We write thorough, line-item contracts before swinging the first hammer. What we quote is what you pay.
Master Guild Tradesmen
We don't rotate day laborers through your house. Our master carpenters, plumbers, and tile setters take profound pride in their trade.
5-Year Structural Warranty
Our work is designed to stand the test of decades. If anything needs adjustment, our crew stands behind every joint and seal.
